Return Policy

At Kingdom Connect Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

To initiate a return, please email us at kingdomconnect999@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
