Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

United States

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.99 or Free on orders over $75

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $9.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once your package has been shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kingdom Connect Clothing is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office, then reach out to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and the order is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address at the buyer’s expense.
